The purpose of this FAQ is to address questions that many of our customers may have. Please refer to this prior to contacting Infused Vodka. If your question is not answered, contact Infused Vodka and we will assist you with your issue.
Q. Is your web site secure? How do I know my information is safe?
A. Upon placing your order, we run your transactions thru a series of extensive fraud checks. We use only SSL 128 bit encryption. Your number is encrypted on our computer systems. Even our employees cannot see your credit card number. (Except fax or mail orders) WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANY OTHER PARTIES.
Q. I placed my order over the internet, how do I know you got it?
A. You will receive an e-mail confirmation which will contain an order number. You will also be redirected to our home page after your shopping cart transaction is complete.
Q. How much will shipping cost?
A. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. A button will then appear “Calculate shipping”. Click on this button and you will be quoted all available shipping methods.
Q. How long will my order take?

Please remember that it will take us 1 to 3 business days to fulfill your order, then it is shipped according to the method that you have selected.
Q. I do not like using the website to place orders, is there an alternative way to order?
A. Yes, there are two ways to order, by fax and by phone. The fastest method will be via the internet. We no longer will accept orders by phone due to security concerns and documentation reasons. This is to prevent any possibility of fraud against our customers and to ensure the highest degree of order accuracy. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q. Are there volume discounts?
A. Yes, for orders of 6-10 units there is a 10% discount, for 11-20 units there is a 15% discount, and for orders of 21 or more wholesale pricing is available. Please contact infused vodka sales for wholesale pricing estimates and quotes.
Q. Is there a catalog available?
A. Currently, there is a wholesale catalog available upon request and a brochure for retail items is in the works.
Q. I have sent you an e-mail, when can I expect a reply?
A. We strive for the best customer service possible. However, sometimes we do get quite a lot of e-mails. We try to get back to all inquires within 3 days at the latest.
Q. There is no rubber seal with my jar? The lid is not air tight. Is this a problem?
A. Depending on your style of infusion jar, it may not include a rubber gasket. It is not necessary to have an air tight seal on your infusion jar. In fact the air tight seals can hinder the flow of the liquid out of the infusion jar. You will not loose any significant amount of vodka to evaporation as a result. Also, all lids that are sent with each infusion jar are sufficient to keep any particulates out of the infusion. Please understand that there must be air exchange for the liquid to flow from the jar. That is why air tight jars are not recommended. If you have an air tight model you may need to open the top to allow for faster flow.
Q. My spigot does not flow well. Is the spigot clogged? Is the spigot defective?
A. No, it is not clogged, nor is it defective. If you have an air tight seal on your infusion jar, you will find that the air tight seal will not allow for proper air exchange for the liquid to flow out of the jar. It may be necessary to open the top or remove the rubber gasket that is creating the air tight seal.
Q. What are the exact dimensions of your jars?
A. It depends upon the jar. Dimensions for each individual jar can be found on our website by clicking on the picture of the jar and scrolling down to the Detailed Description section in middle of the page.
Q. I received a quote for shipping online, but the amount charged on my card is different, why is this?
A. This is rare and only occurs on large orders. The shipping estimator on the website is accurate for most retail transactions of a few units. However, the more units per order, there is a discrepancy between the quote and actual shipping cost. The customer is charged actual shipping costs, so the amount charged might be a little bit more or less than what was originally quoted.
Q. Awhile ago I purchased a jar and it had a green tint, but the new one I received is clear, what happened?
A. Infused vodka began producing certain models of glass jars with pure glass and incorporated a different process, resulting in clear glass. Prior to that, the glass contained recycled glass which gave it a slight green tint and was manufactured by hand which resulted in small air bubbles and mold marks, inherent to that process. These jars are identical in quality and specifications; they are just made of different glass.
Q. I would like to order a different spigot, do I have to send the jar back?
A. No, spigots can be changed out by hand. Please refer to the care sheet that came with your jar for instructions.
Q. I am having difficulty putting the spigot in, does it fit?
A. Due to variances in the manufacturing process, there may be difficulty installing different spigots as the drilled holes may be smaller than others. While QA has determined that they are within specifications, some spigots may slide in while others will need some effort.
Q. How much vodka can I put into my jar?
A. That depends on several factors. The size of the jar is the major constraint. The size is provided on the invoice. You can also find the size of the jar on the website by clicking on the photo of the jar and scrolling down to Detailed Description, where its volume is listed in standard and in metric. Vodka normally comes in two sizes: 750 ml and 1.75. Below is the standard conversion for these sizes:
750ml ≈ 25fl oz. 1.75L ≈ 59 fl oz.
Also, the amount of ingredients may limit the amount of fluid you can get into the jar. Please also see the link on our web site “Infused Vodka Party Planning” for more information.
Q. Can I leave in the fruit I used to make the infusion after the vodka is gone?
A. It is not recommended as the ingredients could start to spoil without the vodka. If you plan on making another batch of the same type of vodka then you could, but most of the flavor would be gone and it would not taste as good. It is recommended that you use new ingredients for every batch.
Q. Can I use my jar for liquids other than vodka?
A. Absolutely. The jars work great for sun tea, lemonade, and other types of infusions. Caution should be used when using heated liquids as hot liquids may crack the jar.
Q. What are the marbles for? Are they necessary?
A. Marbles are offered to prevent ingredients and sediment from blocking the spigot and help keep it clean. In addition, they are aesthetically appealing and can enhance the look of your jar. Marbles are recommended, but not included in the kits. It is the customer?s discretion if they would like marbles.
Q. Can you etch my custom artwork?
A. That is decided on a case-by-case basis. It depends upon the complexity of the design, so our graphics artist must examine it. Please contact infused vodka and send the artwork in EPS format to ensure the best quality.
Q. How long does the etching take?
A. It varies upon the complexity of the order and upon production schedules. The process itself on average only takes an hour or two, but has been known to take an entire day. Also, backlogs in etching and production queues may delay the final product. Please allow 7-10 days for fulfillment of etching orders.
Q. Can I order just the Recipe Book/ I lost my Recipe Book, can I get a replacement?
A. Yes, contact infused vodka and we will send one out at cost ($6.95 + shipping).
Q. My order arrived broken. What do I do?
A. Contact infused vodka within 10 days with an order number we will send out a replacement. We will handle the claim with the shipping company.
Q. I had multiple boxes in my order and only received one of them. What happened?
A. Large orders on occasion require multiple boxes. Sometimes, the shipper will separate the boxes and one may arrive before the rest. With every order, tracking information is emailed to the customer and can be used to find the missing items. If the item is not listed or untracked, contact infused vodka and we will be happy to assist you.
Q. My order is missing components. How do I get the rest of the order?
A. First, please thoroughly check the box to ensure that the components were not included. Marbles are usually placed in the very bottom towards the corners and can be hidden by packing material. Also, the recipe book and invoice may under the flaps of the box top and may not be seen if opened from the bottom. Once it is ascertained that the items were not included, contact infused vodka within 10 days with an order number and they missing items will be expedited out to you.

You may choose either a single initial ( one letter )
You have your choice of both traditional 3 letter monogram and a standard 3 letter initials
Your choice of first name or family name in the lettering style of your choice.
You can do a combination of a premade logo with initials or phrase.

- Engraving your personalized infusion jar may take from 3 to 10 days at our standard price per customization. Typically, orders are shipped within 7-10 days.
- Expedited 2 day customization is available for an additional $10 per each spigot jar. You must e-mail for expedited etching.
- You may also select a "gold fill" to be added to your personalized infusion jar for an additional $7.50 per spigot jar. Please see photo below for example.
- You will be prompted for the name of the font and the type of etching you would like on your infusion jar during the ordering process.
- For custom phrases and combination etching, the font size may be adjusted to properly size the phrase on your style of spigot jar.
- **Please note, we design our TRADITIONAL three initial monograms so that the initial corresponding to the person's LAST NAME is in the CENTER surrounded on the left by the initial corresponding to the person's FIRST name, and on the right by the initial corresponding to the person's MIDDLE name. Also, the center initial is LARGER than the surrounding initials. Please keep this in mind when ordering this style and list the letters required in this order (initial for first name, initial for last name, initial for middle name). Our STANDARD three initial monogram is FIRST NAME, then MIDDLE NAME, finally LAST NAME. Thank you!
Each infusion jar is hand etched with amazing detail & care. Each customized spigot jar is a one of a kind work of art that is sure to bring years of enjoyment. Because these infusion jars are one of a kind there are no returns on any customized infusion jars, unless there is a flaw with the artwork.
